YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Danielle is excited to share her passion for yoga and joyful movement. She is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher specializing in both Hatha and Vinyasa styles and has practiced yoga for countless years in various studios across Ontario and during her time in British Columbia. As a healthcare professional by day, she values all components of a healthy lifestyle and has a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She strives to inspire others and support them wherever they are on their wellness journey. Whether students are interested in improving their health by gaining flexibility and strength, recovering from an injury or are simply beginning yoga for the first time, she is there to support them along the way.
